SMC Dryer IDG10-02 is a polymer film air dryer with the following characteristics:

Efficient water removal: Using the characteristics of polymer film, high water removal rate, can reduce the atmospheric pressure dew point of the output air to -60 ℃.

Energy saving and environmental protection: no power supply, no freon, no vibration, no heat discharge, both energy saving and environmental protection.

Easy maintenance: simple structure, no need for drainage, with dew point indicator, easy observation and maintenance, can reduce maintenance costs and downtime.

Easy installation: small size, light weight, can be combined with pre-filter (oil mist separator and micro fog separator), suitable for electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries with high dry environment requirements.

Working range: The fluid used is compressed air, the inlet air temperature is -5 ~ 55℃, the inlet air pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.85MPa, and the ambient temperature is -5 ~ 55℃. Under the benchmark performance, the inlet air flow is 125L/min (ANR), the outlet air flow is 100L/min (ANR), and the shunt air flow is 25L/min (ANR).
