SMC Dryer IDG100-F04 is a polymer film air dryer with the following characteristics:

High efficiency water removal: Using the excellent permeability and selectivity of polymer film, high dehumidification efficiency, can remove water in the air in a short time, and the atmospheric pressure dew point of the output air can reach -60 ℃.

Energy saving and environmental protection: no freon, no power supply, no vibration, no heat discharge.

Easy maintenance: simple structure, no need for drainage, standard type with dew point indicator, easy observation and maintenance, can reduce maintenance costs and downtime.

Easy to install: small size, light weight, can be used in combination with pre-filter (oil mist separator and micro-fog separator).

Working range: The fluid used is compressed air, the inlet air temperature is -5 ~ 55℃, the inlet air pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.85MPa, and the ambient temperature is -5 ~ 55℃. Under the benchmark performance, the outlet air flow is 1000L/min (ANR), and the shunt air flow is about 140L/min (ANR).

Interface specification: Thread type is G, nozzle diameter is 1/2 inch.
